Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to notify within the timeframe will result in a loss of deposit or a fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. Arriving late may also result in reduced service time.
